All products are shipped from Wellington, New Zealand. Please allow up to 4 working days for our team to process, pack, and ship your order. We offer shipping worldwide. International shipments may be subject to pay duties and taxes, which is out of our control.

Our packaging products are made from 80% - 100% recycled plastic. Please recycle 'em in soft plastics.

 

We offer the following shipping options: 
 
New Zealand: NZPOST Standard Tracked Delivery: $10 - $16
Estimated delivery: 1-4 Working days.
 
New Zealand: NZPOST Express Tracked Delivery: $19
Estimated delivery: Targeted next working day.
 
International: DHL Express Worldwide: Prices calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery: 2-7 Working days.

All sales are final. No refunds.

Returns or Exchanges will only be considered if the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival or if you have chosen the wrong size. Please note that there may not be an option to exchange due to products selling out. However, if an exchange is available, then the customer will have to pay the shipping to mail it back to our warehouse, but we cover the shipping cost back. Please note that this policy is not the same for a customer who has received a damaged or faulty product upon arrival, for this situation YUCK will cover the shipping costs.

For Pre-Order drops, all sales are final. Size exchange's may be considered. We can only offer refunds if your product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Once packages have been handed to shipping providers, YUCK is no longer responsible for any lost or stolen orders. Customers are responsible for paying shipping and handling fees.
